		Wild Italian Amarena Cherry Cordials When we found these cherries we knew we could make the very best cherry cordials ever. These black sour cherries from Northern Italy are so delicious you’d think they came from heaven. We carefully combine Amarena cherry juice with a little French brandy and mold it in Venezuelan chocolate. When you bite into it there is an explosion of cherry and then the other flavors slowly unwind with a slightly tropical aroma. The marriage between the Venezuelan chocolate , the cherry flavor and the brandy create a multi-layered experience that deserves to be savored slowly. Nirvana has never been so close.
