About R & R Chocolate Palace

We have been cooking and eating ethic foods for most of our lives. It has given us an understanding of how other cultures incorporate the sweet, sour, bitter, salty, umomi and spicy flavors into their foods. This understanding has helped us to create a concept of layered flavors that slowly unfolds in your mouth over time. Since 2002, we have been using single origin chocolate to make our confections. We strive to compliment or contrast our flavors with the notes in these fine chocolates.
Our chocolates are extraordinary.

Our love of cooking brings us to teach much of what we know about chocolate. We have decided to share our joy and knowledge of food in the cooking classes we offer.
